Baptist Press released today that former Baptist Press chief editor,* Dr. Will Hall, was unanimously elected editor of the state paper of the Louisiana Baptist Convention, The Baptist Message. Reportedly, Hall indicated his excitement for the "opportunity to contribute to the strong legacy of journalism that defines the Baptist Message. I also look forward to working with our government officials to promote public policies that reflect the values and interests of Louisiana Baptists."
Few understand Baptist history, theology, and polity more than Hall. Undoubtedly, he makes a great follow-up choice to the exemplar service former editor, Kelly Boggs, gave Louisiana Baptists.
Congratulations Will Hall!
