Still exist.
Still live in Georgia.
Still write this blog.
Still love Southern Baptists.
Still love the Southern Baptist Convention.
Still love Georgia Baptists.
After one week, still have a job at a Georgia Baptist Convention institution.
Still remain a non-Calvinist.
Still undecided on the time of the rapture.
Still preach the Gospel.
Still believe in local church evangelism.
Still have the same cell number even if phone is trashed.
Still have same email.
Still love my wife beyond words.
Still miss my grandbabies.
And, most of all, still in love with Jesus even if I'm dead-dog tired.
P.S. Still use same sign off:
With that, I am...
Peter
That is a very cool post. God be with you, Peter.

Peter, have you seen the updated three view on the rapture volume? Craig Blaising makes a very compelling case for the pretrib view.

DrO
No, I have not examined it but I surely am interested. I have close friends who are pretrib and offer a scholarly understanding of the position. I'm kinda stuck in the Agrippa-syndrome...almost persuaded...
Thx for the recommendation. I'll grab a copy...

"Still undecided on the time of the rapture."
I was young and now am old. I've heard it all re: pre-trib, mid-trib, post-trib, no-trib, etc. Over the years, I've simplified my end-time eschatology to "When Jesus comes, I go."

Just came across this blog / site recently. Good to see somebody standing firm against the Calvinistas.
We have the Bible now in good condition, and the ante-nicene fathers [which our forefathers did not have easy access to]: isn't it time we reformed the Reformation and cast off the rationalist debate fodder of Augustine and instead believe what Jesus said?
